RURAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAMMES
• Mobility support for universal
immunization.
• Trained 158 ladies for health
consciousness along with Health Education Books.
• Providing each Anganwadi centre
with a replenish able fund for emergency treatment of pregnancy.
• Distribution of medicines & ORS
packets during diorrhoea seasons.
• Medicines and diet to tackle
malnutrition in babies.
• Supply of nutrition to underweight
children aged 6 months to 2 years – currently above 350 nos.
• Deworming of children above 10
months.
Village
Health Camps
• In 2004-05 – 11 camps were conducted to treat 3431 patients.
• 3 exclusive Malaria Camps were also conducted.
Support to Primary Education
• Financial Assistance for universal education.
• Material assistance for repair of 6 primary school
buildings.

facilities in 20 schools.

Trained 160 girls on carpet weaving for self-employment in 2 batches.
